HOSTEL POLICY

Mandatory taxes of Quebec and Canada are not included in the rate: add 14.975% to your balance due.

· We have a 48-hour cancellation policy: failure to cancel a
reservation 48 hours prior to the arrival date will result in
a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

· All payments must and will be taken prior to or upon checking in.

· Check-in starts at 3PM.

· All payments taken are non-refundable.

· Official Government ID with photo is required by everyone staying upon checking in.

· MINIMUM 18 YEAR OLD for SHARED accommodation.
· MINIMUM 16 YEAR OLD for PRIVATE accommodation.

- Our exterior spa's and terraces may be close before or during your stay without notice. Thanks for your understanding

- A 50% deposit will be required for bookings of over 10 people.

· Only service animals are permitted in private accommodations - we will require the animal's documents upon checking in.

· Smoking is strictly prohibited - should we discover evidence of smoking in the property you will be charged a cleaning fee of $200 (smoking areas available on-site).

· We will not be responsible for loss of money, jewelry, and or damages to
electronics or any other valuables.

· Any type of violence or disrespect will not be tolerated - perpetrators will be asked to leave immediately, without refund.

· We reserve the right to refuse accommodating any particular, with or without reservation.
