Hostel Policies

Taxes

Mandatory Quebec (provincial) and Canada (federal) taxes of 14.975% are not included in the rate and will be added to your balance due.

Cancellation

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel a reservation 48 hours prior to the arrival date will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. Non-refundable bookings will be charged in full, regardless of the cancellation date.

Payments

All payments must be taken prior to or upon check-in, and all payments are non-refundable.

Check-In Requirements

Check-in starts at 3 PM. An official government photo ID and a valid credit card are required for everyone staying upon check-in.

A security deposit of $50 for dorms or $200 for private rooms will be held on the credit card for the duration of your stay. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of hostel rules during your stay.

Age Requirements

The minimum age requirement is 18 years old for shared accommodations and 16 years old for private accommodations.

Spa and Terrace Access

Please note that our exterior spas and terraces may be closed before or during your stay without notice due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other factors. We appreciate your understanding.

Group Bookings

For group bookings of more than 12+ people, please contact our sales department. A 50% deposit is required for these bookings.

Service Animals

Service animals are only permitted in private accommodations. We will require documentation for the service animal upon check-in. Please note that any damages caused by the animal may result in charges deducted from your security deposit.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited. If we discover evidence of smoking on the property, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $200. Designated smoking areas are available on-site. Please ask our staff if you require more guidance.

Valuables

Please note that we are not liable for the loss of money, jewelry, electronics, or any other valuables during your stay. To ensure the safety of your belongings, we offer lockers in our dorm rooms and provide locks for purchase. Additionally, our reception area features a luggage room that is under 24-hour surveillance, offering another secure option for storing your items.

Conduct

We uphold a strict policy against any form of violence or disrespect. Individuals engaging in such behaviour will be required to vacate the premises immediately and will not be entitled to a refund. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all guests.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to any individual, with or without a reservation. This policy is in place to uphold the safety, security, and comfort of all our guests. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, disruptive behaviour, violation of our house rules, or any actions that may compromise the well-being of our guests or staff.
